The Velodrome is Ready, the Villa to be Placed in CACSO's Hands, and CACSO's Visit

The Velodrome is ready and will be given over to CACSO in time to run some trials before the games. We are expecting 16 countries and around 100 male and 40 female athletes to compete in the Cyclism events.
The Villa will be turned over to the Organizing Committee on Friday, June 4 by celebrating an event in which members of CACSO's directive will be accompanied by the Organizing Committee's directive.
The next event for the Games will be CACSO's visit to the host city. The purpose of this event is to perform a review of all the organizational issues related to the Games. CACSO is assuming that during this visit, the organizational scenario and all infrastructure should be ready for the great commitment that will begin with the opening of the Villas on July 12, 2010.
