All 32 CACSO Countries Should be Present in the XXI Games

Mr. Héctor Cardona, President of the Central American and Caribbean Sports Organization (CACSO) respectfully requests that Mr. José Ramón Fernández, President of the Cuban National Olympic Committee should assess the conditions present in front of him and that he should make a final decision as to whether they are going to be present for the 2010 Games or not as soon as possible. CACSO hopes that Cuba will accept the invitation to participate in the XXI Central American and Caribbean Games, Mayagüez 2010.
